HISTORY AND TRADITION ARE
SYNONYMOUS WITH OUR OLIVES

The Kloukiotis family from Marathokampos of Samos has been producing olive oil for half a century. In the birthplace of Pythagoras and Aristarchus, with endless vegetation and endless history. Our love for olive oil and the care of the people in the olive tree contributes to the making of exceptional quality virgin olive oil.
In 1967 the first olive mill of the family started operating. Then it evolved and in 2006 we moved to our new modern olive mill, 2 kilometers outside our village, Marathokampos Samos.
Olive Mountain is the achievement of the effort and experience of all these years. Olive oil is produced from olive groves of Samos in excellent conditions and with extremely low temperatures only by mechanical methods.

TREATING THE TREES
All year round we take care of all our trees... Watering, Pruning, Protection from hail... Everything to be ready in the fall with rich fruits.

WE COLLECT THE FRUIT
When the time comes to gather the olives, we gather the fruits of our trees. Always with respect to the tree itself, the nature and the environment.

WE PRODUCE OLIVE OIL
Then we transfer the fruits to our olive mill, where with appropriate mechanical methods, in excellent environment and at extremely low temperatures we produce olive oil.

ENJOYMENT AT OUR TABLE
Finally, we package it and sell it in the Greek market.

TRANSPORTATION, SORTING
AND WASHING
The first phase of the mill begins with the transfer of the fruit to separate it from the leaves. Continues to wash and weigh the fruit.

PULPING
The mashing and kneading is the most important phase and is done at extremely low temperatures for the best quality of olive oil.

SEPARATION AND
FILTERING
It is the last phase of the mill that separates the foreign materials from the olive oil. Then the olive oil is ready for receipt by the producer.
